This series of the automatic linear cap tightener tightens screw-on caps onto containers at speeds of up to100 caps per minute. The automatic capping machine offers extreme flexibility. It can be purchased with a single capping head or with up to four capping heads to increase speed and productivity. It can tighten caps as small as 30mm to as large as 130mm and accommodate bottles from 35 mm to 130mm wide. The integrated design makes changeover from one application to the next fast and easy.
The automatic screw capping machine features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. It displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has tightened and the production rate in bottles per minute. All program adjustments are at your fingertips to provide you with complete control over the capping machine. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.
